Each wedding is individual and unique and as such, as much as we would like to, we can’t offer a package price for our services. Below is an example of a recent wedding that we have done which we hope will help you budget, however it is best to Contact Us to get a detailed quote.
Hire of Wagonette Carriage, a driving pair of horses, liveried Coachman and Footman for pick up at starting address, drive to ceremony venue (2 miles), wait time of 1 hour, drive to Reception venue (1 mile), allowing 1 hour for photographs upon arrival at the Reception Venue. = £495.00
Travel costs (40 miles total) = £60.00
How do I book?
For all weddings, we will provide you with a detailed quote, outlining clearly what we will provide you with on the day after we have discussed with you your requirements. To discuss your requirements please Contact Us.
If you would like to go ahead all we ask is for 20% of the final amount to be paid as a deposit to secure your booking for which you will receive a receipt. This is non-refundable if you cancel your booking at any point.
We will invoice you for the remaining balance one month before the date of your event and require the balance to be settled within 7 days of the invoice. Unfortunately, if we don’t receive the balance in full within this time then we will release the date to those on our cancellation list and you will have, by non-payment, cancelled your booking.
Should your booking be cancelled due to non payment please be aware that you will not receive your deposit back, however in the extremely unlikely situation that we have to cancel your booking due to the illness of one of the horses then we will try our best to provide you with a suitable alternative with your permission. Should a suitable alternative not be available, you will receive back any monies you paid to The Cavalry of Heroes in relation to the booking that was cancelled.
Please also be aware that in the unlikely event that a situation should arise that compromises the safety of our team, our horses, our carriages, our paying guests, the general public or public property, then we reserve the right to refuse to continue providing the services outlined in your quote until the situation is made safe or the decision is made to abort. The decision to cancel a booking under these circumstances remains at our sole discretion, as does the amount that will be reimbursed to you.
